GSight AI Privacy Policy
GSight AI is provided by the platform operator (“we”, “us”). We take user privacy and personal information protection seriously. Please read and fully understand this privacy policy before using the services.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and how you can manage your personal information. By checking “agree” or starting to use the services, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide • Account information: email, username, nickname, and similar data provided at registration and login. • Identity verification information: information required by law or for specific features. • Creative content: images, videos, audio, brand materials you upload, and prompts you enter. • Transaction and feedback information: orders, payment status, and questions, suggestions, and contact details submitted via support channels. 1.2 Information collected automatically • Device information: device model, operating system, browser type, and necessary device identifiers. • Log information: access time, pages visited, IP address, operation records, and exception logs. • Usage data: feature frequency, generation records, creation points consumption, and interaction behavior.
2. How we use information
We use information to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the services; process AI image and video generation requests; verify identity and protect account security; process orders and creation points; send necessary service notices; analyze usage and optimize experience; prevent fraud, attacks, and other malicious activity; and fulfill obligations under applicable law. Where permitted by law, we may anonymize or de-identify data for statistics and product optimization so that it can no longer identify a specific individual. We will not use your personal creative materials to train third-party models without a separate express notice and the required authorization.
3. Sharing, transfer, and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share or disclose information only when necessary: • to entrusted providers of cloud storage, AI models, payments, email, and similar services, solely as needed to complete the services, and subject to contractual processing and protection requirements; • with a third party you designate, with your separate consent; • as required by law, judicial process, or lawful requests of administrative authorities; • as necessary to protect the personal safety, property, or network security of users, the platform, or the public. If a merger, split, acquisition, or asset transfer occurs, we will require the new information holder to remain bound by this policy; otherwise we will obtain your consent again.
4. Storage and protection
4.1 Personal information collected and generated in operations within the People’s Republic of China is in principle stored in China. If cross-border transfer is truly required for business, we will fulfill notice, consent, and security obligations as required by law. 4.2 We retain information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the processing purpose, unless a longer period is required by law. After account deletion or if you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize related information within a reasonable period; data in backup systems is cleared on the backup refresh cycle. 4.3 We take reasonable measures such as encrypted transmission, access control, permission management, security audits, and anomaly monitoring. The internet cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. If a personal-information security incident occurs, we will take remedial measures and fulfill notice or reporting duties as required by law.
5. Your personal information rights
You have the right to query, copy, correct, supplement, and delete personal information, withdraw consent you have given, and close your account. You may submit requests through account settings or by contacting support. To protect account security, we may verify your identity first and will handle requests within the period required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out based on consent. If certain necessary information is deleted or authorization is withdrawn, related features may no longer be available. Exceptions apply where the law does not require a response or a response would seriously harm others’ lawful rights.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain login state, protect account security, remember preferences, complete referral attribution, and analyze service usage. You may manage or clear cookies in your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent login or some features from working.
7. Protection of minors
These services are intended primarily for adults. Minors should use them under the guidance and consent of a parent or other guardian. If we discover that a minor’s personal information was collected without guardian consent, we will delete it or take other necessary measures as soon as required by law.
8. Special notes on AI-generated content
Materials and prompts you upload are used to process generation requests and may be transmitted to entrusted model providers that supply generation capability. We take necessary content-safety review measures and may add AI labels to generated content as required by law. Where face, voice, or other biometric information is involved, you must ensure you have obtained express authorization from the relevant individual.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy based on business developments or legal changes. Updated policies will be published on the platform. If there is a material change in processing purposes, methods, or categories of information, we will notify you by prominent prompts, in-product messages, or other appropriate means, and obtain consent again when required by law.
